One warm pool, the same every week
We rent one pool and teach in it all year, so the way in, the wall and the quiet corner stay the same from week to week. Parents watch from chairs along the deck.
At the pool
Ramp entry
A wide ramp slopes into the water, with steps beside it for swimmers who prefer them.
Handrails
A handrail runs the full length of the ramp and along the shallow wall.
Warm water
The pool is kept warm all year, and a class ends with a towel and a quiet minute on the deck.
Where to wait
Chairs line the deck for parents, caregivers and brothers and sisters. Strollers and walkers stay back from the ramp.
Parking and the door
Park in the lot behind the building. The deck door is the second door on the left, and an instructor meets new families there.
The pool's own staff
The pool's lifeguard is on duty during our classes.
